Stop hair loss with this

Hair loss is a very embarrassing thing to happen to
one. You try to hide the bald patches on your head.
Most people try various things to help them with
these losses but I believe natural remedies are still
your best bet. When you comb your hair, you see
strands of hair on the comb or when you shower
you see your hair blocking the drains.

Natural remedies for hair loss
Latest technology and hair loss products claim to
reduce hair loss and most of them are effective.
However it is always better to go for natural
products than opting for chemicals that harm the
hair.
Aloe vera
Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss.
Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to our scalp.
This is helpful for preventing loss of hair due to
irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances
the pH level of scalp. After massaging the head with
aloe gel, wait for few hours and then wash the hair
with lukewarm water. You should do this twice a
week for best results.
Eat right
Unhealthy lifestyle, eating junk and all other
unhealthy habits leads to hair loss. Processed foods
are not healthy and it can cause diseases which
ultimately lead to a rise in high level of toxins in the
body. At least drinking 8 glasses of water on a daily
basis is a good habit that reduce hair loss and
preferably on an empty stomach. You should be
eating fresh home cooked food if you want great
hair.
Handle wet hair gently
Avoid rubbing your hair dry and do not comb your
hair when wet. Your hair is more susceptible to
breakage when wet and the result will be a clump
in your brush and stray strands at your feet.
Exercise daily
Exercising daily promotes hair growth. Exercise
helps in improving metabolism. This leads to better
absorption of nutrients in your body. Exercise also
helps to reduce stress. It releases endorphins or
happy hormones which directly help in hair growth.
When one is healthy and happy it shows on their
skin and hair. So always be cheerful to have healthy
glowing hair!
Cut your caffeine intake
If you already have dry hair, then rethink your
coffee habit and evaluate your caffeine
consumption. Caffeine further depletes the body of
its natural resources of nutrients. And the nutrients
required for hair are not spared either! So cut back
on the coffee and move on to something healthier
and that which promotes good health.
Onion juice or Garlic
Onion is a rich source of sulphur which helps in hair
growth by increasing collagen production. Using its
juice on the scalp can help in controlling hair fall.
Egg white
Egg has several ingredients that can prevent or
control hair fall. It is a rich source of sulphur and
phosphorous, selenium, iodine, zinc and protein. All
these promote hair growth.
Like I always say these remedies require us to be
very diligent and calm.

Stay healthy!!
